Calls: Smoke Investigation
NLFD was asked to check out "smoke" east of US Rt 161. Lt. Belanger notified MFS Ranger Mike Daigle as he was responding to find out that it was a new hot top plant near the woods. All is fine and the MFS would check the area to ensure that it was operating as permitted.
Calls: Assist Ambulance
Recieved a call from Caribou Fire for a man down on the ground, unknown injuries. North Lakes responded with 2 personnel and provided assistance and information to Caribou Ambulance.
Calls: Mutual Aid Caribou
Caribou Fire & Rescue requested a tanker truck for a structure fire. T-14, P-1, & Chief's truck responded to assist. Crews provided tanker shuttle water supply support, and one crew assisted the entry team with attack & overhaul.

Caribou Fire & Ambulance requested T-14 for a fire. Crews responded with T-14 and T-1 was called to cover the Madawaska Lake station.
Calls: Madawaska Lake Storm Damage
Dispatched a small crew to asses the roadways and homes for possible damage or need for more assistance following the severe weather that passed through.
All roads were clear.
Calls: Cross Lake Storm Damage
North Lakes sent small crews to check the camp roads around the North Lakes coverage area after a severe thunderstorm went through the area. Crews removed any down trees to keep the roads open for emergency traffic.
Calls: Boat on Fire
North Lakes crews where called to a boat on fire on Route 161 in Madawaska Lake. Crews responded with T1, E324, T14, P1 and Chief's Truck. The boat was extinguished and crews cleared the scene.
