		<title><![CDATA[False Alarm]]></title>

		<description><![CDATA[Called by a resident for a camp fire on in Cross Lake. Units responding to the area could not find anything. Called back the person reporting and they reported seeing a large plume of smoke, but that they didn't see it anymore.Chief called for trucks to remain staged on the highway and have POV's check area camp roads looking for camp fires. Units made contact with an individual that was burning some brush and cooking hot dogs. The big smoke came from starting it using dried pine needles.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Received a call from Caribou Fire to provide tanker support for a structure fire on the Hedman Road in New Sweden. Crews were dispatched along with T-14 and T-1. Upon arrival crews found that there was a small fire within a greenhouse structure that had been contained and extinguished by the occupants. Units cleared and returned to their stations.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Maine Public Service will interrupt power for approximately 1 hour on Thursday, June 17, 2010, beginning at 9:00 a.m. to upgrade electrical equipment at the Frenchville Substation and increase reliability to the surrounding area.  Customers in Frenchville south along Rte. 1 to Nelson Avenue and north along Rte. 1 to the second set or rail road tracks in Fort Kent; along Rte 162, including Sinclair and Mud Lake; St. Agatha; and Cleveland Road up to Cyr Cove will be affected by the power interruption from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Maine Public Service Company appreciates your patience and apologizes for any inconvenience.]]></description>

Did not seem to be growing, no flames showing, but it should be checked.Chief Woods responded in Chief's truck to find a controled burn of debris that was actually in St. Agatha. Contact was made with Maine Forest Service and found that a permit had been issued for that fire.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Units were called to a home in Sinclair were smoke was seen on the exterior of the building. When units arrived they found the smoke had come from the ash from a wood stove cleaning dumped into a plastic can. Units checked for fire spread and cleared the scene. North Lakes Fire would like to remind everyone to store your hot ashes in a proper container and never store them near any combustible materials. ]]></description>

Provided emergency vehicle lighting to help slow traffic and checked with the vicitim and the Deputy to ensure that there were no injuries. 		<title><![CDATA[Structure Fire]]></title>

		<description><![CDATA[Recieved a call for a structure fire in Cross Lake. Upon arrival of E- 324, units found the electrical entrance meter box had caught fire and melted a few small pieces of vynil siding. Maine Public was notified to come to the scene and disconnect service to that meter and remove the hazard.The home had two smoke detectors, only one was operational, fire units plan on returning later in the day to ensure that both operate, and to provide them with a free detector for their living room. Fire did not seem to extend into the structure itself. Building was checked top to bottom with thermal camera as an added unit of safety. Units cleared the scene at 0633hrs.]]></description>
